At Almost Heaven Saunas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home wellness investment. If your product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging and unused condition.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions for your sauna unit.
Prepare for Shipment
Carefully disassemble the unit and pack all components into the original crates or boxes to ensure the cedar wood and heaters remain protected during transit.
Arrange Freight Pickup
Schedule a pickup with our preferred freight carrier; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee for large items.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for damage or missing parts, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
