Individual Bottles of Essential Oils

For a complete sensory experience, we offer six natural sauna aromas from Harvia: citrus, peppermint, eucalyptus, birch, apple, and pine. Each scented oil is unique and can be used on its own or blended with another oil (or two) creating an atmosphere of relaxation and health. Each of the oils give off a relaxing or rejuvenating aroma full of health and wellness benefits.

Natural oil benefits:

Citrus: Mood booster and immune support
Peppermint: energizer and cooling/calming effect
Eucalyptus: invigorating, relaxing, good for sleep, and to clear the mind
Birch: detoxifying, antidepressant, removes toxins, and reduces wrinkles
Apple: known to soothe headaches and ease muscle pain
Pine: helps reduce inflammation, boost the immune system, and relieves pain and stress

To create a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere mix scented oils in a bucket of water and sprinkle the mixture over the heated rocks. Each scent comes in a 400ml bottle. (Recommended dilution: 1 part scent to 20 parts water.)
